Day 1 – Senaru Village → Senaru Crater Rim
After an early breakfast, begin the trek from Senaru Village at approximately 07:00 AM. The trail starts through the lush tropical rainforest of Mount Rinjani National Park. The forest is cool and shaded, with tall trees, dense vegetation, and occasional views of the surrounding landscape.
Continue ascending through the forest, passing several trekking posts where we stop for short breaks. Lunch will be served along the trail, followed by a short rest before continuing the climb.
In the afternoon, the trail becomes steeper as we leave the rainforest and approach Senaru Crater Rim (Plawangan Senaru) at approximately 2,641 meters above sea level. Upon arrival, enjoy spectacular views of Segara Anak Lake, the surrounding volcanic landscape, and, on a clear day, Mount Agung in Bali.
Set up camp and relax while enjoying tea or coffee. Dinner will be served at the campsite.
Overnight: Senaru Crater Rim | Trekking: Approximately 7–8 hours
Day 2 – Senaru Crater Rim → Segara Anak Lake → Propok Camp
Wake up early to enjoy the sunrise from Senaru Crater Rim, with beautiful views over Segara Anak Lake and the surrounding mountains. After breakfast, begin the descent toward Segara Anak Lake. The trail is steep and rocky in sections, requiring careful footing as you descend into the volcanic caldera.
After several hours, arrive at Segara Anak Lake, located at approximately 2,000 meters above sea level. Enjoy lunch beside the lake and take some time to relax and admire the spectacular volcanic scenery.
After lunch, visit the nearby natural hot springs, where you can soak in the warm mineral water and relax your muscles.
Later in the afternoon, continue toward the Propok area. The landscape gradually changes from the open volcanic surroundings of the lake into dramatic valleys, ridges, and jungle terrain. Arrive at Propok Camp, where the team will prepare the tent and dinner.
Enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of the mountain before resting for the night.
Overnight: Propok Camp | Trekking: Approximately 6–8 hours
Day 3 – Propok Camp → Torean Valley → Torean Village

Continue through narrow ridges and forest trails while crossing several mountain streams. Along the way, enjoy the dramatic scenery of the Torean landscape, including waterfalls and natural rock formations.
Lunch will be served along the trail at a suitable resting point. After lunch, continue descending through the valley toward Torean Village.
The final section follows the river and jungle landscape before reaching the Torean Trekking Centre. Arrive at Torean Village in the afternoon, marking the end of your 3 Days / 2 Nights Senaru–Torean Rinjani Trek.
