Rinjani Trekking package

There are several different types of treks up Mt. Rinjani, including 2-day/1-night, 3-day/2-night, or 4-day/3-night options. You can also choose to start in either Sembalun or Senaru. The most popular trek is the 3-day/2-night trek from Sembalun.

Over the course of 2 days and 1 night, you will ascend to the crater to witness the sunset, spend the night there, and savor the sunrise upon waking up. You also have the option to continue climbing to the summit for sunrise before descending, but it requires a high level of fitness and considerable effort.

The 3-day, 2-night trekking option is the most popular choice. You will climb up to the crater, watch the sunset, and then continue ascending to the summit to witness the sunrise. Afterward, you will descend to the lake for lunch and then take pleasure in the hot springs for a few minutes. Afterward, you will climb back up to the other side of the crater to watch the sunset. The next morning, you will have 4-5 hours to climb back down to Senaru.

4 days and 3 nights is similar to the 3 days and 2 nights option. The only difference is that on the second night, you will camp by the lake instead of just having your lunch. This will help you save 10-12 hours of trekking on the second day and enable you to feel energized as you continue trekking. You will also have more time to enjoy the lake and hot springs by fishing and taking a relaxing dip.
